Pomegranate Rose Love Bomb
A Valentine's Vodka Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Humboldt Distillery Organic Vodka
- 2 oz Pure Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0 .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 drops Now Foods Rose Water Concentrate
- 1 egg white
- Crushed Rose Petals
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the egg white & rose petals in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain the drink into the empty top portion of the shaker.
- Discard ice.
- Add egg white and chilled cocktail into bottom shaker. Dry shake vigorously.
- Pour into a chilled coupe glass. No need to strain.
- Garnish drink with crushed rose petals.
Notes
To make a simple syrup
Add ½ cup of granulated sugar & ½ cup of water into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
