A traditional cocktail for Burns Night is The Bobby Burns. Jason Scott, owner of Bramble Bar in Edinburgh, has given this classic cocktail a J&B Rare twist.

Ingredients

  • 50ml J&B Rare Scottish Whisky
  • 25ml Belsazar Vermouth
  • 5ml Benedictine
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour in all the ingredients
  3. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel twist
