Simon Buley Caorunn Profile
Mike Gerrard of Travel Distilled profiles Simon Byley, the Master Distiller of Scotland’s Caorunn gin.
I love Caorunn gin from Scotland, so I was delighted when the editor of Chilled Magazine invited me to write a short profile of the man who makes it happen. Master Distiller Simon Buley is the person who weaves his magic in this rare place – a Speyside distillery that doesn’t make Scotch!
