Rock Rose Gin, their flagship product, quickly gained acclaim for its unique botanical blend, which includes locally foraged ingredients like sea buckthorn and rhodiola rosea, alongside traditional botanicals such as juniper and coriander.

Visiting Rock Rose Distillery
Dunnet Bay Distillery welcomes visitors to explore its facilities and learn about the distillation process. Guided tours are available from April to September and offer an insider’s look at the production of Rock Rose Gin and Holy Grass Vodka, from the selection of botanicals to the bottling process. There’s a choice of Express or Premium Tours, and they also offer Cocktail Workshops in the summer months.
