Vestal Vodka
Travel Distilled talks to William Borrell of Vestal Vodka for Chilled Magazine.
I’ve written two features for Chilled on William Borrell, the man behind Vestal Vodka. He was the first vodka producer to talk about terroir in terms of vodka, believing that potatoes from the family farm in Poland produce different-tasting vodkas depending on the year of production and where they were grown.
